Najarra Townsend

Najarra had a clear idea of what she wanted to pursue in her life when she was just three years old. From her childhood, she began modeling and appearing on local stage. Najarra continued to take part in plays and musicals through the remainder of her teens. In the film "Menace" in which she was a co-star at age ten. Najarra was recognized internationally for her part in the Sundance and Cannes Award-winning "Me and You and Everyone We Know" in 2005. Najarra played the main character in numerous films, including "Tru In Love" in addition to 'MarinBlue", and "Betty I am". In 2014, the public got to experience a different side of Najarra's young actor with"Contracted," the IFC Midnight horror hit "Contracted".
